Legislative Committee

Scope of work:

  • Prioritize resolutions and make recommendations to the Board on an annual platform.

  • Assist with the development of materials for legislators and Minnesota Watersheds members on the priority legislative issues, providing context and why the legislation is important.

  • Aid in legislative matters as requested by the Minnesota Watersheds lobbyist(s) and executive director, including testifying, and production of materials and other tools to build Minnesota Watersheds recognition and stature with legislators.
